Disney World 2008 Trip
Sunday night February 25th at 11:30 p.m. we left for Walt Disney World. We got down there on Monday afternoon. This was Abbie's 2nd trip to Disney. We went when she was 2. She didn't remember a lotabout her first trip. One of the few things she remembered was the condo we stay in has steps going to the upstairs bedrooms and being a two year old she LOVED playing on those steps!
The weather was really nice and enjoyable all week. On Wednesday, the day we picked to go to Animal Kingdom it was really cold. It was like we were back home in NC! Of course I would rather be cold than hot, so I was happy.
Some of Abbie's favorite things to do were the Flying Dumbo ride, the Flying carpets ride, and the flying Dinosaur ride. She also like the carosel and meeting the characters. She did not like the 3-D shows(even without the glasses) and found them to be very frightning. This trip wasn't as good for her as her first trip. She didn't take a nap everday this time so I found her to be wron out and had enough by supper time. She also got scared a lot easier this time. The joke about Abbie's next time going to Disney is she'll probably go again when she's 30!
Karen, I hope you enjoy the pictures!

It was like I was there :-)
I loved the pictures. I was just about to give up on you, when I gave it one more look.
I can't believe you got pictures up close with that many characters. I believe you broke a record. Abbie looked like she was having a great time. I hate she was scared for alot of it. I guess I will wait patiently for her 30 yr old Disney trip pictures.
Love the slide show!
BTW, I bet you'd be surprised at how many people read your blog. I have had people confess to clicking on all the links on my page and people who recognize Abbie when looking through my purse photo album.
Same here, I have had people from my work tell me that they looked at the swimming pool video (where she was counting)a few times. That one is a classic.
