Santa's Been Here!

On Christmas morning we awoke to lots of wonderful surprises left under the tree! Santa brought Abbie a pink digital camera with a pink camera case and Barbie roller skates. Mommy and Daddy got her Curious George books, art stuff, puzzles and a lot of other goodies.

We then packed up and went to Michael's parents for breakfast and more opening of gifts. Abbie got more great toys. She got Leapfrog learning games, a Strawberry Shortcake dance mat, more art stuff, movies and a new baby doll with a pack-n-play and baby carrier. It was so fun watching 3 four year olds tear into packages at the same time!

After going back home and resting for a little while, we went back to my parents to spend time with them, my grandma and Mr. M. We also ate AGAIN!

Christmas Eve

Since Abbie's been born, we've started the tradition of going to my Mom and Dad's for Christmas Eve. This year we grilled out steaks, had salad and baked potatoes. Courtney came with her boyfriend Mark. After dinner we exchange presents. Christmas Eve day, while I worked Abbie stayed with Nuna and made cookies for Santa.

It's present time! Abbie got a Play-Dough center from Courtney and a train, harmonica and Bible cover from Nuna and Paw Paw. Michael got an Amazon gift card and a baseball book. Courtney got a Carolina tarheels hat, some rooster stuff , necklaces and Bath and Body Works goodies. Daddy got money. Mom got lotion, gift cards and Courtney made her the sweetest calender for 2008 with pictures of everyone-mostly Abbie from the past year. I got a beautiful bracelet from Courtney that spells out Abbie in blocks with her birthstone colors on it and lots of clothes. Mark got gift cards.

When we got home it was time to put out cookies for Santa and put reindeer food on the back deck.
